In the morning, I am my father’s son, enjoying classical music from the Baroque and early Romantic eras (Vivaldi, Mozart, perhaps some gentle Beethoven or Schubert). In the evening, I’m my mother’s son, enjoying jazz of all kinds and a bit of folk. And in the afternoon, I’m my own man, playing whatever the hell I want that doesn’t fit into the previously-named categories.
