My Bodum coffee pot, probably the most fragile item I own, made it through my recent move without a scratch. On the other hand, my big, sturdy no-stick frying pan was partially stove in. Its former, circular shape has been changed to something closer to an ellipse. Perhaps there is a lesson for us in this?
